MSI Group is an enterprise with a long horizon. Commitments describe what we intend to uphold over time — in how we handle information, how we work with partners, and how we pay attention to the places we study. They are enterprise commitments.
Information with care
Publish public figures with clear sources and dates. Keep fact, interpretation, and unresolved questions distinct. Correct errors promptly. Never manufacture a crisis from modest movement.
Respect for places and people
Write for readers who live where we publish. Describe measured conditions; do not label people or places. Seek local understanding before publishing sensitive wording. What MSI says must pass the headline test.
Measured presence
State scale exactly. Aspiration may be large; facts remain exact.
Practical usefulness where warranted
Where evidence suggests closer observation and MSI has a bounded, useful capability — a website, a form, a way to organize information — we may choose to help, organization to organization, verified and approved.
How commitments are held
Governance explains commitments and accountability. Policies state plainly what is expected. Concerns can be raised discreetly. Review dates are published.
